Take Safety As The Core
Advantages
The safety design concept of Vanse products is that every connecting part must have two-way safety protection!

Vanse fan has 12 safety protection measures, which have been verified for many years (including various harsh environments) to effectively ensure the safety of users.

According to different types, the blade diameter of Vanse HVLS large ceiling fan ranges from 8ft to 24ft. Under the ideal installation conditions *, the larger the diameter, the larger the air flow coverage area will be. For a Eagle fan with 24ft diameter, the coverage radius can reach 72ft with the coverage area as much as 16350ft2. You can feel the airflow no matter where you are in the room.
Why HVLS fan can achieve this effect? Can the fan achieve the desired effect in different applications? Now Vanse analyzes how our fan airflow works for different spaces.

*The ideal installation conditions depend on the installation height, obstacles on the ground, etc.

Enclosed space
When the air flow pushed outward from the ground reaches the wall, the wall deflects the air flow upward. When it touches the ceiling, the upward air flow is directed to the low-pressure area above the fan and then pulled to the ground. This creates a convective air flow, which will have more and more momentum.

Open space
The air flow blows from the fan blade to the ground. When the air flow hits the ground, it will be pushed outward in all directions and continue to extend outward until reach the maximum transmission distance or obstacles.

Multi-fan combination
When there are a plurality of appropriately spaced fans, the airflow flows of adjacent fans meet to form a pressure zone. The pressure zone is like a wall, making each fan like a enclosed fan. Generally, when one fan works with other fans, its performance will improve.

Obstacles
Obstacles on the floor will block the horizontally moving air flow. If the obstacle height is below the acting air flow, the obstacle will not block too much air flow. The air flows smoothly around these obstacles and loses a little momentum, leaving only a small non-flowing area behind the obstacles.

Vanse energy saving fan = large air volume, low speed and low energy consumption
Ordinary fan = small air volume, high speed and small coverage
Evaporative cooling pad = difficult construction and poor effect
Central air conditioning = high energy consumption and poor body feeling

The secret of energy saving lies in the perfect combination of fan blade and motor.
"Why can we save energy?" The secret lies in the shape of the Vanse fan blades. The patented industrial fan blades are similar to aircraft wings and produce strong downward airflow under the wings, while minimizing air resistance. Moreover, since the fan can rotate with only a few percent of the output of the motor power, it can generate air flow with low power consumption and save energy.

The following table simulates a space of 16,000 ft2 adopting different ventilation and cooling equipment, calculates the investment and power consumption, and compares the data.
Note: the equipment investment and power consumption cost for 10 years shall be calculated according to the operation of 10 hours a day, 5 months a year and the power charge of USD0.1/KWH (USD0.13/HP).

Summer
The effective temperature rises in summer, while the service range of small fans or other single cooling equipment is small.
Vanse large industrial fans are used to cover a large area and reduce effective temperature by 37.4-41 °F, so as to improve productivity and comfort.

Summer
In summer, the temperature of the air conditioner is low while unbalanced.
The use of HVLS fans can even the cold air in a wide range, thus the setting temperature of the air conditioner can be raised by 35.6-37.4°F, saving power consumption by more than 30%.

Spring and Autumn
In rainy season and wet weather, high humidity is easy to breed bacteria.
The use of Vanse large fans can inhibit mold, keep the room and goods dry.

Spring and Autumn
The temperature difference between morning and evening is large, or the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large, which is easy to produce condensation.
The air circulation airflow of large fan can inhibit condensation and prevent metal rust and ground sliding.

Winter

When heating equipment is used in winter, the warm air accumulates near the ceiling as it moves upward, while personnel on the ground are still cold and the temperature is stratified, resulting in an increase in electricity charges.
The use of HVLS fan can mix and even the warmer air at the ceiling and the cooler air at the floor, lessen the heating time, lower the setting temperature of the heating equipment, and save the energy consumption up to 30%.
